Amidst the pandemic’s disruptions, organizations were forced online. In addition to the many operational challenges of not meeting in person, new opportunities for engagement and efficiency were also discovered. Organizational leadership now faces another transitional moment: go ‘back to normal’ or, continue to explore the unfamiliar in service of offering optimal service to constituents.

Jewish Human Service Agencies are uniquely positioned to address organizational policy and service accessibility by exploring in-person, remote and hybrid operating models. With a special focus on providing essential support services to vulnerable members of the community, Jewish Human Service Agencies are best serving their constituents by proactively and strategically leveraging gathering opportunities and platforms.

This 4-part series guides C-Suite leaders of Jewish Human Service Agencies through a process to strategically harness the best of in-person, remote and hybrid models for optimal organizational impact. Participants will have the opportunity to develop skills and confidence in navigating the new and evolving landscape of how people gather, connect, and interact. Tools and strategies for the most effective meetings, service delivery, community events and more will be considered through experimentation with, and testing of new mindsets and models. Each session includes theory and research, an introduction to 2 user-friendly technology tools that support the implementation of the ideas, and time for interactive workshopping to apply the new knowledge. Participants will leave each session with clarity and confidence to effectively navigate the new and evolving in-
person/remote/hybrid landscape.
